Disco Party Packages in Columbus

Choose the atmosphere, then choose the production level. Our five packages are starting points rather than one-size-fits-all bookings. Disco Night keeps things focused on a DJ-led celebration. The featured DJ + Live Sax Disco Party adds a roaming musician, while Velvet Rope Disco Night builds on that duo with an LED dance floor, glitter bar and arrival experience.

Disco Headliner Party offers your choice of DJ + live sax or a seven-piece live disco and funk band. Ultimate Disco Experience offers the duo or an expanded nine–ten-piece band for larger rooms and galas. With either band choice, a DJ keeps the floor going between sets. Approximate guest capacities help you compare options, but the room layout and production requirements matter too.

Starting prices are not a promise that every venue requires the same setup. Your written quote will confirm performance hours, personnel, selected extras and any additional production or access costs. Tell us about loading docks, stairs, elevator reservations, setup windows and venue sound rules. Sharing these details early helps us recommend a realistic package rather than surprise you with changes later.

A celebration in Columbus should fit the venue, not fight it. Whether you are comparing Short North venues with hotel ballrooms, ask about music curfews, available electrical circuits and the space reserved for dancing. We also welcome inquiries for Dublin and Westerville; sharing the actual venue address helps us plan loading access and arrival timing before the event schedule is finalized.

Your Columbus guest list also shapes the pacing. A seated dinner needs a different musical build from a standing reception, and guests traveling from Dublin or Westerville may arrive across a wider window. Tell us when people will actually enter the room, when announcements happen and when dancing should begin. Those details matter more than choosing the biggest package by default.

For Columbus events in hotel ballrooms, ask your venue contact to confirm access and technical rules before committing to extras. Check permitted sound levels, available power and whether the entertainment area shares space with dinner service. Leave comfortable routes for guests with mobility needs and a clear way for staff to move through the room. A practical production plan can preserve the glamorous atmosphere without making arrivals, service or the final load-out unnecessarily complicated.

The easiest next step is a custom Columbus quote. You can request a specific package or ask us to help choose between the duo and the live band. Include your ideal timing and any venue limitations in the message. We aim to email within 24 hours, with scope and availability to discuss before you make any booking commitment.
